Hi Rearer Calf Nuts have been designed to maximise dairy heifer growth and development. This compound follows on from the Hi Start and provides a bridge to full rumen development. The ration contains Linseed, Molasses and Major Minerals. Linseed is a healthy protein for young calves, as it provides essential fatty acids (Omega 3) which have been shown to help the immune system. Molasses provide a simple sugar which can easily be digested by young animals and also encourages feed intakes. The Major Minerals are essential elements responsible for maintaining healthy growth and skeletal development, in preparation for future life of forage utilisation.
